Consultation - In an initial consultation with the client, we get to know each other. I am listening to ensure I understand the client's needs and objectives.
Project Scope - I reach a mutual understanding with the client on the objectives of the website, budget, timing and my payment requirements. I determine your preferences for a general direction in terms of style, and discuss a time schedule on the project.
Design and Development - You will provide me with content, photos, company logo, or any other information you wish to appear on the website. Armed with this information, I will design the style and general structure, look and feel of the website. I provide you with a rough draft of the website for your approval. If you do not like the direction I am taking, I return back to base and start again. As the website progresses, I will begin to discuss domain name registration if required, and advise on where to host your website.
Finalization - At this stage, I will check that I have all the necessary information that I need, and provide you with a checklist of the materials still required from you to complete the website. Once everything is in order, I will show you the finished result for revision. If there are no revisions to be made at this time, and the project meets with your approval, the website will be uploaded to the final server, and submitted to search engines and directories.
Maintenance - If required, I will update content, images, and functionality of your website on a schedule appropriate to your needs, as well as monitor the performance of your website.
